About Us

Lower Lights Ministries, a Compassionate Ministry Center of the Church of the Nazarene, was founded in September 1991 by Pastors David and Jane Fulks and the people of Bellows Avenue Church of the Nazarene in Columbus, Ohio.  The organization was formed to assist the local congregation to more effectively address the pressing needs of the neighborhood.  Today, Lower Lights Ministries continues to expand and grow in order to bring about lasting change in the Franklinton community by fulfilling its mandate to love God and love our neighbors.
