Lower Lights Management / Administration David Gay - Executive Director David Gay is a recently ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has served at Lower Lights Ministries since January 2002. David was introduced to Lower Lights Ministries by Dr. Dana Vallangeon, Medical Director of the Lower Lights Christian Health Center and showed an interest in volunteering on a limited basis in the inner city. One month following his first encounter with Lower Lights, David resigned his position at Highpoint Nazarene Church and moved into Franklinton where he assumed the role of Executive Director. David received his Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University and recently completed a Certificate in Ministry Preparation from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. David serves as an officer on the Franklinton Ministerial Association, as well as participating with many community action groups in the Franklinton area.
