Lower Lights Management / Administration Rachel Swartz - Director of Volunteer Services Rachel Swartz graduated from Youngstown State University in 2001 with a degree in Psychology after attending Mount Vernon Nazarene University for 3.5 years.  Prior to her joining Lower Lights Ministries she has served alongside her husband in various pastoral roles over the past 6 years.  She has a heart for helping others to find their freedom and joy in Jesus Christ.  She is currently helping those who come to Lower Lights Ministries to use their gifts and abilities to meet the needs of the surrounding community.
