Rochelle Bowles  - Light the Way Home Director
Rochelle has an extensive background in non-profit management, having successfully designed, developed and managed programs and supportive services for emergency, interim and permanent housing initiatives. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a B.A. in English, she worked as a police officer and investigator for law enforcement agencies before finding her life’s work and passion serving the non-profit community. Rochelle’s collaborative relationships with partnering agencies, funders and stakeholders has helped change the policies and services in underserved communities, preparing homeless residents return to their communities as viable, self-sufficient citizens. She feels blessed to be able to share her God given gifts and talents by being part of Lower Lights Ministries, working together with the Franklinton residents to create a community of people that is healthy in mind, body and spirit.
